Selection Process

     Our recruiters follow the requirements given in advance from the departments and management when selecting the candidates for a job interview with our recruiters. Only the candidates who best fit to our main conditions are invited for a job interview. These are always given in the description of the position.  

Duration of the selection process

     According to the type, diversity of the position and a specific difficulty the selection procedure can take from a few days up to a few weeks. The recruiter will inform you about the expected duration or closing of the selection process during the first meeting at our company.

Job Interview

     The recruiter contacts the selected candidate and he agrees the date and time of the meeting with him, he introduces the course of the interview and other potential details.   The difficulty of the position reflects the number of the rounds which should be passed.

     The first round of the interview is in the presence of the recruiter, who will introduce the company, the structure of the department and the position to you and will give you the information on working conditions and benefits. He will also be interested in your education, work experience and knowledge from the given area. He will also try to find out about your prerequisites to perform the position and test your language abilities (at the positions which require that).

     The second round of the interview is with the presence of a person responsible for the given position within the department. It is usually a manager of the department, a team leader or a shift leader – depending on the type of the position. They discuss the professional part related to performance of the particular position and experience and knowledge from the required area with the candidate first of all.  Following the requirements for using of the English language a part or the whole interview may run in the English language. If the situation requires that, also the third round of the interview may be performed with the participation of a division manager. The interviews for the electrical engineering positions include also a written test of the relevant specific area or of the English language.  

     According to the evaluation of the interview the recruiter informs the candidates on the progress or finishing of the selection procedure. Our priority is to inform the candidates as much as possible. Regarding the difficulty of the selection process the time of the whole process may be extended therefore we would like to ask all applicants for patience.
